Mount Stephen From the Paget Lookout, Yoho National Park

Description
While visiting the Rockies I hiked up to the Paget Lookout in Yoho National Park. A former forest fire lookout, it sits above the Kicking Horse Pass, where it gives an excellent head-on view of Mount Stephen. On this day, a temperature inversion filled the valley with cloud. Four thousand feet below me, the cloud was covering the village of Field, the Trans-Canada Highway and the spiral rail tunnels. Photographed in June 2022.
